We have a lot on our plate right now and many things that occupy our thoughts and time. I make my best attempts not to dwell on them or let them drag me down. I have been trusting and following God for most of my life and he always comes through for me. It is hard not to worry sometimes though.
I think about everything that Jesus endured for us. I haven’t found anywhere that he grumbled or complained about his situation. He simply followed the Father’s will and carried out his mission in life with passion and purpose. When we accept Jesus, we die to our old self and become new. Christ lives in us and we can trust him to handle all of our worries, doubts, and fears.
So, when you feel things begin to weigh you down, remember who lives in you and that he cares for you. You really do not have to worry about tomorrow. Cast all your cares upon him and let him take care of you!
Galatians 2:20 (NLT) - “My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
