We seem to be living in very troubling times. I suppose every generation has said that at one time or another. Maybe you are going through personal trials and tribulations that are troubling you and leaving you alone and afraid. We all go through times like that, but we do not have to feel defeated or alone.
God said that he will never leave us or forsake us. That means that we are never alone or abandoned. He gave us a special gift called peace of mind and heart that come with the Holy Spirit, who is known as the Comforter. It is the kind of peace that we cannot get anywhere else.
So when times are tough, sit back and relax in the arms of the Father. He's got you!
John 14:27 (NLT) - "I am leaving you with a gift - peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don't be troubled or afraid."
