Is there any part of your life that you need to let God control? Maybe it’s not an area of sin, but it’s something that takes up too much of your time, resources, or efforts that could be better used somewhere else. Maybe you have that favorite hobby or activity that takes up all your spare time and prevents you from serving the needs of others. There is nothing wrong about those activities, but we need to be Kingdom-minded and not neglect our call to reach others.
Giving God control of our time, resources, and energy will actually bring you more joy and blessing. He may even show you ways to use your favorite hobby or activity as a ministry. As we please God and put him first, we are opening the door for Him to bless us and use us in ways we might never imagine!
