The sun has risen and so have we... well, sort of. It did not take long for me to fall asleep once my head hit the pillow last night. The grandkids are up having balloon sword fights and ready to go over to Disney's California Adventure for another day of fun. They are entertaining themselves (not so patiently) as the adults drag themselves up and get ready to go.
Just like yesterday, our goal is to be there when the park opens and I imagine that goal was too ambitious for today as well. Even though we are closer, having stayed in a hotel two blocks away, it is somehow just as hard to meet that lofty goal today. That mysterious force called exhaustion appears to be holding us back!
Yet an equally mysterious, but more powerful force, called children's laughter drives us on and we are striving hard to make our goal. I suppose I am not helping by sitting here writing my blog, so I will sign off and check back in tomorrow. The Disney gang awaits!
