The Day After Sunday

Okay church-goers, it is the day after Sunday! You should be all revved up and spiritual after being fed God's word yesterday. I hope you are pumped up and prepared to apply the message to your life in some meaningful way that will bring glory to God and be a testimony to what being a Christian is all about!

Surely you did not flush everything you heard from your brain and start today with the Monday morning blues! Okay, all is not lost. Break out your notes that you took from the message and review them before you start work then. You took notes, right? How else are you going to remember those awesome nuggets of wisdom that your pastor doled out during the sermon?

Full disclosure: I dragged my sleepy head into work this morning and started my day off dreading that it was Monday and felt sorry for myself because I was here. That is when I got the inspiration for today's blog and remembered how wonderful yesterday's message from my pastor was. Suddenly I knew that I had to change my attitude and adjust my perspective on who I am representing at all times.

I feel much better now. I hope you do, too. Join me in taking what we hear on Sunday and applying it throughout the week. Happy Monday ya'll!
