I told my other half that I was taking off with the guys this weekend... wait, let me rephrase that. My lovely wife has granted me a much-needed weekend away with some of my friends to unwind and do "man stuff". That can be interpreted in many ways, but basically that will entail camping (real camping... in tents), fishing, jet skis, and doing pretty much... nothing.
A lot of tales (lies) will be told, much laughter and maybe even a few tears (smoke from the campfire usually gets in the eyes) will occur, a beverage or six will be consumed (water, tea, soda, etc.), and even a barbecue cook-off will judged! All in all, a great time will be had by all. We will all come back wonderfully exhausted.
It is a good thing (usually) for men to get together and fellowship... just as long as no one says those fateful words, "HEY YA'LL, WATCH THIS!"
