Tell Somebody

Not too long ago I would not have believed you if you had told me that it was possible for the church to be silenced. It seems that, as time goes on, society wants to hear less about God and his message outside the four walls of a church. So far, Christians are being tolerated as long as we stay inside and preach among ourselves.

God has been pushed out of school and is being forced out of public squares and television little by little. In the name of “tolerance” he is not being tolerated as just about anything else that mankind can dream up is accepted and championed. But the world can only push for so long.

The Bible says, in Romans 14, that we will all stand before the judgment seat of God and every knee will bow to him and every tongue will declare allegiance to God. Philippians 2:10-11 says, “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord.”

The church will not be silenced! Someone has to tell the world about him. Jesus does not want anyone to perish. He wants everyone to be saved. Do not be afraid and do not be silent. Tell somebody!

Romans 10:14 (NLT) - “But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?”
