I love how my wife got excited this morning when she got behind a trailer while sitting in Houston traffic. She was excited because it had a banner on the back that read, in big bold letters, “GOD IS GOOD”… and then it listed John 3:16 and 1 Timothy 3:16. We love to see people unashamedly proclaiming the Gospel everywhere they go. This trucker was letting everyone on the highway know that God is good and declaring that they are a follower of Christ.
Jesus commanded us to go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone. He wants everyone to be saved. It is not his will for anyone to be condemned, but that is what happens to those who refuse to believe. They have to be given the opportunity to believe and that comes only by hearing about him.
There are countless ways to share the Gospel and anyone can do it. Find out what works best for you and do it with all your heart. Become bold in sharing your faith and leading others to God because, ultimately, nothing else matters. Tell somebody, in some way today, but tell somebody!
Romans 10:13-14 (NLT) - For “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.” But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?
