It’s always good to think about Jesus coming again. It’s a joyful occasion that all Christians look forward to. It is a day that the unsaved will dread because it is too late for them. That’s why we have to reach as many as we can for Christ, especially our families.
Is your spouse saved? Are all of your children or grandchildren saved? What about your parents and grandparents? Think about your aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Consider your neighbors, coworkers, and close friends. Do you want any of them to perish? Anyone who has not accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior will perish for eternity. It’s not because God wants them to, it’s because that is the choice they are making. It is his will that none should perish, but that all should have eternal life.
Now is the time to tell them. Tomorrow could be too late. Someone told you about the Good News of God’s salvation. It’s not a dreadful thing. It’s just the opposite. It’s wonderful, beautiful, and exciting! You love each and every member of your family and so many people in your life. Is everyone ready?
