Intimacy

Intimacy is defined as close familiarity or friendship, such as the intimacy between a husband and wife. Think of it like, “She is into me, see!” Marriages should grow stronger with the passage of time and maturity as a couple get to know each other and become familiar with every aspect of their spouse’s life.

The same goes for all relationships. Never let intimacy fade in your inner circle, whether it’s with your spouse, children, or friends. Build strong bonds and do the work necessary to continually grow closer.

The Lord desires intimacy with you. Draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. He knows your every thought, desires, wants, and needs. Let Him hold you in His loving arms and be your everything!

Psalms 139:1-5 (NLT) - “O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, Lord. You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head.”
