One of the things I have loved about living in the high desert is the beautiful sunsets and the nights when we have full moons. I can walk out into my back yard at night and see the gorgeous night sky that God created.
In our neighborhood, there are no street lights and we can look up into the desert sky and see the stars unhindered by the city lights. It is so stunning as we gaze up into the beauty of his creation and see the twinkling of the stars and pick out the different planets and constellations. It’s at those moments that I reflect on our Creator and the wonder of it all.
The God who made it all cares for me and that just blows me away! He made all of that as if it was nothing and he knew me before he formed me in my mother’s womb. He created me to be uniquely me and he has a purpose for me. And he has done that for each and every one of his creation. That is the awesome God we serve!
So, look up to the sky and take in the beauty of his creation. Look around you and see what God has done. Thank him for making you just the way you are. Find your purpose and fulfill it. The purpose you are called to does not matter, you answering the call is what matters. Be thankful and rejoice in the Lord always!
