I’m exhausted, frustrated, and stoked all at the same time. Air travel, with the inevitable delays, near misses with connections… thank you San Francisco… and crowded planes, fill the day with stress and anxiety.
If it were not for the precious family waiting on the other end, I don’t think I could bear it! I cannot wait for my vacation to officially begin. For me, that starts when I step foot in my daughter’s house and my travel day is over!
I think heaven will be a lot like that. We go through so many trials and tribulations here on earth. But the day we arrive at our eternal home will be more awesome and wonderful than we could ever imagine. All tears and sorrow and pain will be gone in an instant. Joy and life everlasting with our Lord and Savior awaits us. That is Good News!
Romans 14:17 (NLT) - “For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of what we eat or drink, but of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.”
