Sunday Rush Hour

Ah, the hustle and bustle of the Sunday morning rush hour. Once upon a time it involved running around the house and getting kids ready, yelling, "We're running late!", and tensions getting high. Then we would get to church and put on our Sunday-best smiling faces.

Now it's just us two empty-nesters. We are much slower-paced now and we manage to get there on time... well, most of the time. But there is no longer the yelling, screaming, and tensions of getting five or more of us ready. And we are genuinely happy and smiling when we arrive at church and greet our church family.

Speaking of getting there on time, I think we are ready to go. See you at church!

Acts 2:42 (NLT) - "All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord's Supper), and to prayer."
