We have two paths we can follow. We can follow the straight and narrow path to Heaven or the broad, crooked path that leads to hell and eternal damnation. It’s that simple of a choice. There is no in between or compromise. We may stumble while on the straight and narrow, but if we remain faithful and keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, we will remain on that path.
If we have chosen the broad, crooked path we may do many good things, but we are still on the wrong path. It still leads to the same destination. It’s a wider path and often seems deceptively easier, making its appeal stronger to the deceived ones.
Choose the straight and narrow path and keep looking straight ahead. Keep focused on Jesus. Don’t let the things of this world distract you or cause you to lose sight of your goal.
