I talked about my boys yesterday, so naturally I had to follow up with talking about my girls today. From my wife, to my daughters and granddaughters, my girls keep my heart full. Each one is so unique and special and they know that I will do anything and everything for them. They are my world!
I am greatly outnumbered by them, so there are beautiful, wonderful, awesome, and talented little ladies everywhere I turn! I am delightfully entrapped by their big, pleading eyes and pretty smiles whenever they want something, which they always get. I have ballerinas, sports fans, athletes, cheerleaders, musicians, unicorn-lovers, artists, and all manner of talented young women in my family that continually amaze me.
God has blessed me with an amazing wife, who is the matriarch of these incredible children and grandchildren we have. It is because of her that our girls have such sweet and charming personalities. I can see a lot of her in each of them and their various talents come from the love and passion she pours into everything that she does.
Just like my boys, I pray that all of my girls will have a heart for Christ and follow him for all of their lives. I pray his protection over them and his grace upon their lives. Each one will be “Daddy’s girl” or “Granddaddy’s girl” forever!
