Love Even More

I’ve been geographically separated from all of my family for quite some time now. This isn’t a sad blog, but a happy one, because I’m dwelling on how truly blessed I am to have such a wonderful family. When they say that absence makes the heart grow fonder, it’s true! I long to be with them again and I love them even more.

I’m incredibly proud of my children and where I wanted to spend “quality” time with them as children, I cherish quantity time with them now. The quality of that time comes naturally now. My grandchildren are the pride, joy, and delight of my life. My wife is the crowning glory of all that I am, all that I do, and everything that I could hope for!

I can’t wait to reunite with my family. That is always an exciting and joyful occasion. Wouldn’t it be awesome when you wake up in the morning to be excited to reunite with God in the brand new day? Be excited to see him as if you hadn’t seen him in a while. Long to be with him and spend some time with him. Love him even more than the day before!

1 Thessalonians 3:12 (NLT) - “And may the Lord make your love for one another and for all people grow and overflow, just as our love for you overflows.”
