I think I have finally seen it all! The Lord’s return must be very soon. How much will a roll of toilet paper be in the coming days? Will the fights and riots break out? I’ve already seen videos of people yelling and screaming at each other over it. Store shelves are empty and even online shopping giants are out of stock.
Long lines are forming long before stores open in hopes of making a purchase of a few rolls before they are all gone again. I have even seen scoundrels scalping them online after hoarding them from stores. The Coronavirus has thrown the world into a panic… over toilet paper! Of course, soap and hand wipes are a hot ticket item as well.
Washing your hands, covering when you sneeze, and personal hygiene are suddenly very important. But weren’t they always important? That’s the way I was raised. Add that to my strong faith in God and good common sense, and I choose not to live in fear of this. I may need to borrow some TP though!
2 Timothy 1:7 (AMP) - “For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].”
