Trailer Tetris

We spent a large part of yesterday packing the trailer to haul a lot of furniture and assorted items to Arkansas for a “pre-move”. We will finish the packing and loading this morning in hopes of my wife being able to start the journey eastward this afternoon. Putting it all in requires strategy and some skill in order to fit everything in that we want to send that way and to properly distribute the weight on the trailer. It’s like playing Tetris, so I called it Trailer Tetris.

If you think about it, our lives are that way. So many different parts, with varying sizes and shapes that we need to squeeze in and make fit to achieve balance and order. It is all important and we often have to filter out the things that we don’t need in order to fit the needed things. It requires us to prioritize, reorganize, and be willing to adjust to changes that may have to occur.

When all preparations are complete, we can move safely on down the road, knowing that we will arrive safely at our destination. Let God form you and shape you as he prepares you for your final destination!

Isaiah 64:8 (NLT) - “And yet, O LORD, you are our Father. We are the clay, and you are the potter. We all are formed by your hand.”
