I have so much to be thankful for. This blog would be several volumes if I listed them all. Today, we are spending Thanksgiving Day with my wife’s side of the family. It was quite a journey getting here. We drove through snow, rain, and extremely heavy traffic to make it, but we finally did.
Family is highest on our priority list so it was worth it. Now if we could just snap our fingers and be instantly back home! Our motive and drive to get back on the road isn’t as strong. I’m tired, sleepy, and my belly is full. But I am so thankful for this wonderful day spent with family.
Most of all, it is God that we are most thankful for. It is because of him that we have all that we have. He has blessed us beyond belief. Take time in your family gatherings to acknowledge him and give him thanks today!
