As I was drinking my coffee this morning, it occurred to me how we all have our different tastes when it comes to how we like our coffee. Some like it with cream, some like it with sugar, some like it with both or, if you’re like me, you like it black. Some people don’t even like coffee at all!
We have different tastes when it comes to a lot of things, like the food we eat, the cars we drive, the music we listen to, the shows we watch, or the sports we watch and the teams we like. I can go on and on about what different tastes people have and I could move on about how different we all look and the variety of people we have.
It’s fun to sit down at a mall or any place where hundreds of people pass by and just people watch. It’s amazing how everyone comes in so many shapes, sizes, facial features, hair styles, and skin tones. No two people are exactly alike it seems. And yet, we all have a few things in common.
We will all face the same God one day. He is exactly the same, yesterday, today, and forever. He never changes. He created us all and he loves us all equally and he will judge us all equally. He has called each and every one of us and he wants all of us to be saved. The choice is up to us individually. We are all responsible for our own salvation.
Taste and see that he is good. Choose him today!
