Sometimes life happens and we are shaken to the core. Things beyond our control can make us feel abandoned and alone. But that is simply not true. God is with you and he will never leave you nor forsake you.
When your circumstances weigh you down, know that you are not alone. The battle is not yours, it belongs to the Lord. He goes before you and is also your rear guard. King David said, "I know the LORD is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me." (Psalms 16: 8 NLT).
Use the times when things are going well to give him praise for bringing you through the rough times. Rejoice in the Lord always! When you are in a valley and feeling fearful, read the entire chapter of Psalms 91.
Psalms 91:14 (NLT) - The LORD says, "I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name."
