Think back to when you first heard about Jesus. Was it in your home growing up? Did you hear about him in Sunday school, from your friends, or in class or recess at school? When I was growing up you couldn't avoid hearing about Jesus and knowing who he is, even if your family didn't take you to church.
Tragically, today many families do not go to church or teach their children about Jesus. He is overshadowed in the world of superheroes that are brought to life on the big screen and are more real to them than Jesus. So, my question is, how will they know? How will all the unchurched people you come across every day know about him?
We have all been called to share the Good News and to lead others to Christ. There are many gifts and many callings so each one of us will have a part. Reach out and share Jesus with others so they will know. It will affect them for eternity!
Proverbs 22:6 (NLT) - "Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it."
